- Inspect cleanliness.
- Inspect indicator lights and displays.

- Inspect ground connections.
- Inspect labels and signage.
- Inspect integrity of covers and locks.
- Inspect interlocking.
- Inspect meters, CB/CTs.
Annually
- Inspect integrity of all enclosures (e.g. door alignment, seals/gasket).
- Inspect for debris/dust.
- Inspect heater elements.
- Inspect insulation.
- Inspect terminal connections.
- Inspect cables and bus bars (e.g. damage, fixing).
- Thermographic scanning all contacts and terminals (e.g. ATS, PDU, STS).
- Inspect and lubricate moving parts where required.
- Inspect breaker vacuum integrity.
- Inspect physical state of breakers (e.g. cracks in housing).
- Inspect relay timings and settings.
- Inspect contact resistance.
- Inspect ground impedance.
- Inspect and calibrate meters.
