The organization should maintain an up-to-date organization chart. The organization chart should cover all areas under scope of the service delivery.
Where the organization is large/complex, it might be desirable to have separate organization charts such as one indicating the relation between the various departments and a separate organization chart indicating the details of the department itself.
The detailed organization chart should at a minimum indicate:
1) Department.
2) Name.
3) Job title.
4) Reporting structure:
a) Direct reporting structure should be indicated with a solid line.
b) Indirect reporting function should be indicated with a dotted or dashed line.
